Cigar lighter (power outlet) fuses in the Volvo S60 are the fuse #11 (12-volt sockets – front and rear seats) in the Instrument panel fuse box below the steering wheel, and fuse #8 (12-volt socket – cargo area) in the luggage compartment fuse box.
