Cigar lighter (power outlet) fuses in the Mitsubishi Outlander are the fuse #9 in the instrument panel fuse box and #25 in the engine compartment fuse box.

Fuse Box Location

The fuse panel is located behind the storage compartment in the instrument panel. Open the storage compartment (A) and pull it toward you while lifting it up to remove it.
