Cigar lighter (power outlet) fuse in the Toyota Avalon is the fuse #35 (CIG/RADIO) in the Instrument panel fuse box.

Two fuse blocks are located here – the first is behind the cover on the driver’s side of the instrument panel, the second is behind the cover in the passenger’s side kick panel.
