Cigar lighter (power outlet) fuses in the Toyota 4Runner are the fuses #12 “PWR OUTLET” (Power outlets), #23 “ACC” (Power outlets) and #24 “CIG” (Cigarette lighter) in the Instrument panel fuse box.
