Cigar lighter (power outlet) fuses in the KIA Soul EV are located in the Instrument panel fuse box (see fuses “POWER OUTLET 2” (Front Power Outlet), “POWER OUTLET 1” (Rear Power Outlet)), and in the Engine compartment fuse box (fuse “POWER OUTLET” (Power Outlet Relay)).
