Cigar lighter (power outlet) fuse in the Hyundai Elantra is located in the Instrument panel fuse box (see fuse “C/LIGHT” (Cigarette lighter, Power outlet)).

The fuse box is located on the driver’s side of the instrument panel behind the cover.
The fuse box is located in the engine compartment (left-side).
