Cigar lighter / power outlet fuses in the Chevrolet Monte Carlo are located in the Driver’s Side Instrument panel fuse box (see fuses “CIG/AUX”) and in the Passenger’s Side Instrument panel fuse box (see fuses “AUX PWR” (Accessory Power Outlet) and “C/LTR” (Cigarette Lighter)).
