Cigar lighter (power outlet) fuses in the Toyota Corolla / Auris are the fuses #24 “CIG” (Cigarette Lighter) and #4 “ACC-B” (“CIG”, “ACC” fuses) in the Instrument panel fuse box.

The relay boxes are located in the center console.
