Cigar lighter (power outlet) fuses in the Skoda Fabia are the fuses #42 (Cigarette lighter, power socket) and #51 (Power socket in the luggage compartment) in the Instrument panel fuse box.

The fuses are located to the left of the dashboard behind the cover.
Set the screwdriver under the safety cover (on the recess in the safety cover), lever it up carefully in the direction of the arrow (A) and take it out in the direction of the arrow (B).
