Cigar lighter (power outlet) fuse in the Saturn Aura is the fuse #20 in the Luggage Compartment fuse box.

The instrument panel fuse block is located on the passenger side of the central console behind the trim panel.
Remove the panel cover to access the fuse block, then remove the fuse block cover to access the fuses.
The fuse box is located in the engine compartment (left-side), under the cover.
The rear compartment fuse block is located in the trunk of the vehicle. Access the fuse block through the trunk panel on the driver side of the rear cargo area.
