Cigar lighter (power outlet) fuse in the Opel Mokka X are the fuses #21 (power outlet – front), #23 (power outlet – rear center console) in the Instrument panel fuse box.

Disengage the cover, lift it upwards and remove.
On cars with the left-hand the steering wheel, the interior fuse block is located on the underside of the driver’s side instrument panel.
To access the fuses, remove the storage. To remove the storage, open and pull it.
On cars with the right-hand the steering wheel, it is located behind a cover in the glovebox on the passenger side.
To access the fuses, open the glovebox, then open the cover, fold it down and pull it.
It is located on the left side of the rear compartment.
To access the fuses, remove the cover.
