Cigar lighter / power outlet fuses in the Acura MDX are the fuse №5 in the Secondary under-hood fuse box (Rear Accessory Socket) and fuse №9 in the Interior fuse box (Passenger’s Side) (Front Accessory Socket).

Fuse box location
Engine Compartment
The primary under-hood fuse box is located in the back of the engine compartment on the passenger’s side.
The secondary fuse box is in the engine compartment next to the battery.

The interior fuse boxes are located underneath the dashboard on each side.

To open the fuse box on the passenger’s side, pull the right edge of the cover.
