Cigar lighter (power outlet) fuses in the Volkswagen Touareg are the fuses #38 (Cigarette lighter, 12 V socket 2), #39 (12 V socket 3, 12 V socket 4), #40 (DC/AC converter with socket 12V – 230V) in the Right Instrument panel fuse box.
