Cigar lighter (power outlet) fuses in the Toyota Sienna are the fuse “PWR-OUTLET” and “CIG” in the Instrument panel fuse box.

It is located behind the cover to the left and below the steering wheel. To the left of it, there is another fuse, to access it, you need to remove the panel under the steering wheel.
There are two fuse boxes near the battery.
