Cigar lighter (power outlet) fuses in the Subaru Impreza are the fuses #4 (Front accessory power socket, Cigarette lighter), #19 (2001: Rear accessory power socket) and #23 (2003-2007: Accessory power outlet – cargo) in the Instrument panel fuse box.
