Cigar lighter (power outlet) fuses in the Porsche Panamera are the fuses #38 (Front cigarette lighter, luggage compartment socket), #40 (RHD: Sockets in center console, glove box) in the Left Instrument panel fuse box, and fuses #27 (Center console socket front, cigarette lighter rear), #29 (LHD: Socket in center console rear, socket in glove box, socket in large center console rear), #30 (2014-2016: 110V socket in rear center console) in the Right Instrument panel fuse box.
