Cigar lighter (power outlet) fuses in the Opel/Vauxhall Astra K are the fuse #4 (2016-2018) or #29 (2019) (Cigarette lighter/Power outlet front) in the Instrument panel fuse box, and fuse #35 (Power outlet load compartment) in the engine compartment fuse box.
The fuse box is in the front left of the engine compartment.

The fuse box is located behind the cover on the central console.
If the fuse cover has a power connector, it must be removed by using an adapter and a screwdriver (the adapter is stowed in the glovebox).
