Cigar lighter / power outlet fuse in the Opel/Vauxhall Agila B is the fuse #5 in the Instrument panel fuse box.

Petrol engines:
The fuse box is located next to the battery in the engine compartment.
Diesel engines
The fuse box is located behind the rear of the battery.
Located on the left-hand side of the vehicle, below the instrument panel.
To open the fuse box, push the cover at both ends and remove it.
