Cigar lighter (power outlet) fuses in the Oldsmobile Aurora are the fuse #65 (Cigar) in the Rear Underseat Fuse Box, and fuse #23 (Cigarette Lighter) in the Engine Compartment Fuse Box.

The fuse box is located beneath the rear seat on the driver’s side.
To access the battery and rear compartment fuse panels, the rear seat cushion must be removed.
