Cigar lighter (power outlet) fuses in the Mercury Mountaineer are the fuse #24 (Cigar lighter) in the Instrument panel fuse box, and fuses #7 (Power Point #2), #9 (Power Point #1) in the Engine Compartment Fuse Box.

The fuse box is located under the instrument panel on the driver’s side.

These relays are located on the reverse side of the passenger compartment fuse panel.
To access the relays you must remove the passenger compartment fuse panel.
