Cigar lighter (power outlet) fuses in the Lincoln Zephyr are the fuse #15 (Cigar lighter) in the Instrument panel fuse box, and fuse #17 (Console power point) in the Engine compartment fuse box.

The fuse panel is located below and to the left of the steering wheel by the brake pedal (under the dashboard).
The power distribution box is located in the engine compartment (left-side).
