Cigar lighter (power outlet) fuses in the Hummer H3 – fuses #45 and #51 in the engine compartment fuse box.

The engine compartment fuse block is located on the driver’s side of the engine compartment near the battery.
To remove the cover, push in on the tabs at the ends of the cover and lift.
