Cigar lighter (power outlet) fuses in the Ford Mondeo: #F7 (Cigar lighter) in the Instrument panel fuse box and #FA6 (Auxiliary power socket) in the rear fuse box.

This fuse box is located below the glove box.
To access: loosen the screws, turn the knob through 90 degrees and release the fuse box from the retaining bracket, lower the fuse box and pull it towards you.
Remove the cover on the left side of the trunk.
Release the catches and remove the cover on the left side of the luggage compartment.
