Cigar lighter (power outlet) fuses in the Ford C-MAX: #61 in the Instrument panel fuse box and #24 in the engine compartment fuse box.

The fuse panel is located below the glove compartment (pinch the retaining clips to release the cover, lower the cover and pull it towards you).
It is located behind the cover on the left side of the rear compartment.
