Cigar lighter (power outlet) fuse in the Fiat Scudo is the fuse F9 in the Instrument panel fuse box.

Unhook and turn the fusebox upside down to access.
Unhook the cover of the battery compartment, remove the terminal of the red battery (+)
It is located in the fascia panel on the right-hand side (behind the storage compartment, retractable).
Tilt the object holding compartment and forcibly pull it out so as to access the fuses.
