Cigar lighter / power outlet fuses in the Chevrolet Cavalier are located in the Instrument panel fuse box (see fuses “CIG” (Cigarette Lighter) and “APO” (Accessory Power Outlet, if equipped)).

It is located in the engine compartment (left-side).
