Cigar lighter / power outlet fuses in the Chevrolet Camaro are the fuses F17 and F18 in the Instrument panel fuse box.

The fuse box is located on the driver’s side of the instrument panel, behind the cover.
The rear compartment fuse block is located on the right side of the trunk behind a cover. Remove the convenience net retainers, the rear sill plate, and the passenger side trim retainers, then swing the trim out of the way.
