Cigar lighter (power outlet) fuses in the Chevrolet Bolt are the fuses F49 (Auxiliary jack) and F53 (Auxiliary power outlet) in the Instrument panel fuse box.

The fuse box is located behind the cover on the left side of the instrument panel. To access it, open the fuse panel door by pulling out. To reinstall the door, insert the top tab first, then push the door back into its original location.
