Cigar lighter (power outlet) fuses in the Cadillac XTS are the fuses №6 and 7 in the Instrument panel fuse box.

The fuse box is located in instrument panel, behind the fuse panel door (open the fuse panel door by pulling down at the top, press in on the sides of the door to release it from the instrument panel).
To remove the cover, squeeze the three retaining clips on the cover and lift it straight up.
The fuse block is located on the left side of the trunk, behind the cover.
